Praises Be To God . . .

We ARE Prepared!

We have a sturdy draft free home,

heat,

a fireplace,

a generator to run the house in the event the power goes out.

Freezers full of food.

Enough movies, books, toys and games to keep the kids
entertained if we are in for a long time . . .

(HEY, we ARE talking Blizzard here!)

We have plenty of laundry soap and softener to keep every one's
clothing clean and tidy . . . o.k. well maybe just clean!

Prescription Meds are all up to date and reasonably full.

Cars are full of gas . . . just in the event of an emergency.

Blankets and supplies are in Katelyn and my Crossovers . . .
just in case we MUST go out.

We have PLENTY of toilet paper.
(With a family of seven, that is really important!)

We have plenty of stories to read from the
Bible AND Bible story books.

We have our cozy Ugg slippers -
AND we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!

If we are stuck inside because of the blizzard we can all stay
in our jammies indefinitely!!!

Banking and Bills can be done online . . . unless of course DSL
and/or satellite go down.

Our plow is on the mower and it is ready
for its first plow of the season.

The boys all have snow pants (for when the blizzard subsides).

New snow boots for everyone are waiting to be worn.

Weather radios are on standby.

Now . . .

all we need is the Blizzard!!!

Will keep you all updated . . .

Hope to have GREAT pictures to share!

Be Safe and Stay Warm!

Well, I don't know about you guys but we are getting hit hard here! Our house looks like a Christmas card with the snow in the corners of the windows. It is pretty cool :} We did go to church this morning but it wasn't bad when we left. Gabby had to go into work but we took her and will pick her up. They have had 3 customers in 1 1/2 hours! Hoping they close early so we can just enjoy a fairly early evening....
