Fall weather is rearing its head today. The sky has been dreary, cloudy and it looks like rain. The temperature is rather cool and breezy. We were out a while this morning watching the kids and came in around lunch time to warm up and have lunch. After lunch we all began getting our chores done so the house is in tip top condition to begin the week. Ahhhhh, feels great!
Randy received a call about 4:00 p.m. from his Mom. Apparently, his Dad was having pain in his chest and she was concerned. He quickly got himself together and headed off to pick them up and take them to the ER. I called him a little bit ago to see how things were going and he said they were waiting for the doctor to compare the test strip readings of his heart. One from the other day at our local ER and this evenings at a Major Hospital in the next large city. The other day, our local ER diagnosed Aorta Aneurysm at a 5 cm. They advised him to see a heart specialist early this week as he wasn't too keen on the idea of staying in the hospital. The doctor today told him that he really needed to have surgery to get it repaired. So we wait to see what the final verdict is.
The boys are busy watching Scooby Doo on television. They are relatively quiet for the time being, which is a welcomed quiet!!!
I have been busy for the majority of the weekend with work from my office. I am certainly glad that I had time to work on it and get a bit ahead for the week.
I am so excited . . . I bought new jammies for myself! They are snuggly soft and warm and I love them!
I need to figure out what I am going to make the kids for dinner! Since I don't know what time Randy is going to be home, I can make it quick and easy for the kids. Maybe I will treat them to Sonic . . . who knows!
Well, laundry calls once again . . . better say g'bye!
